Rules
The SCC Rules are modern and flexible and give the parties and the arbitrators means to form an effective procedure adapted for the individual case. The rules provide for a procedure in line with the best practices in international arbitration.
The Schedule of costs in Arbitration Rules, Expedited Arbitration Rules and procedures for the administration of cases under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, has been revised as of 1 January 2020.
The SCC Rules; the Arbitration Rules and the Rules for Expedited Arbitrations, entered into force on 1 January 2017.
English is the original drafting language of the rules. The SCC Rules have been translated into several other languages.
In addition to the SCC Rules, the SCC has developed Mediation Rules and Procedures and Services under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
